We officially guarantee that 100% of the vocals, acapellas, and spoken word recordings available on Vocalfy are recorded by real, human vocalists. We do not sell AI-generated vocals. When you purchase from Vocalfy, you are supporting human talent and obtaining authentic recordings.
The 10x Refund Policy
We put our money where our mouth is and offer a 10x refund if it is ever proven that a vocal you purchased from us was AI-generated.
That is how confident we are in our artists and our verification process.
The Proof is in the Files
At Vocalfy, we provide the evidence in every pack:
- The Session Files: Most of our vocals now include the original project/session files, directly from the vocalist. This allows you to see the actual structure of the recording session and verify the authenticity for yourself.
- Raw, Unprocessed Stems: We provide dry, wet, and completely raw stems. When you solo the unprocessed stems, you’ll hear the humanity: the subtle imperfections, breaths, mouth sounds, and room noise.
What About our Artists’ Names and Profile Pictures?
Some users have pointed out that our artists’ names and photos don’t seem genuine. We hear you, but there is a very practical reason for this.
We use aliases for the majority of our vocalists for two main reasons:
- Artist Anonymity: Many of our vocalists are professional artists who work with major labels or have their own solo careers. They love the royalty-free vocal world, but they prefer to keep their "pro" brand separate from their session work.
- Protecting the Vocalfy Ecosystem: By using aliases, we prevent "headhunting" where users might attempt to bypass the platform to work with artists directly. This allows us to keep providing you with high-quality vocals at a fraction of the cost of a private studio session.
