What are Subscriber-Only Vocals?

Subscriber-only vocals are vocals available to subscribed users only. Depending on your plan, you can download a certain number of these vocals each month at no additional cost.

Where can I download Subscriber-Only Vocals?

Subscriber-only vocals can simply be downloaded via our Browse page in the “Subscriber-Only” section.

Can I still purchase vocals as a free user?

Yes. Our standard paid vocals are available to all users. Subscribed users will be able to download our special Subscriber-Only Vocals at no extra cost.

Where can I see my credits?

You can see your credits by simply clicking on your profile icon at the top right of your screen (when logged in).

How do the credits work?

Depending on your chosen plan, you will receive a certain amount of credits each month. These credits can be used to download subscriber-only vocals at no extra cost. Credits can only be used if you are currently subscribed. Any unused credits will not rollover into the next billing cycle. Your credit count will reset to your current plan’s limit at the start of each billing cycle

How many credits do I get with Plus, Pro and Ultimate plans?

Plus: 3 credits per month. Pro: 6 credits per month. Ultimate: 9 credits per month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes – all users have the freedom to cancel their plan at any stage. If you do cancel, you will not be able to use any leftover credits.

Do I retain access to my vocals if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes - all vocals downloaded during your subscribed period will be yours even after cancellation. You will also retain the commercial license for these vocals.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any stage?

Accepted Answer

Yes - you can change your plan at any stage. When upgrading, the changes will take effect immediately. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

What happens if I don’t use all of my credits in a given month?

Any unused credits will not rollover into the next billing cycle. Your credit count will reset to your current plan’s limit at the start of each billing cycle.
