At Vocalfy.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of Rights Revocation outlined in Section 5 below.

1. VOCAL PURCHASES (Non-Exclusive, Prime & Exclusive)

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on individual vocal purchases if you are not satisfied with the quality or technical integrity of the file.

Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Valid Reasons: We generally approve refunds for technical issues (corrupt files), accidental duplicate purchases, or if the audio quality is significantly different than demonstrated in the preview.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

We offer a flexible refund policy for users trying our subscription service for the first time.

New Subscribers (14-Day Guarantee): If you are a first-time subscriber, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided you have a valid reason.

Renewals are Non-Refundable: Subscribers are free to cancel their subscription at any stage they like. We do not offer refunds for recurring monthly or annual renewal charges once they have been processed. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for unused time in the current billing cycle.

3. CREDITS

This section applies to the internal currency ("Credits") used to download Subscriber-Only vocals.

Restoration of Credits: If you use a Credit to download a vocal and are unsatisfied with the result, you may request a refund within 30 days. Approved requests will restore the Credit to your Vocalfy account balance.

Cash Refunds for Credit Packs: Direct purchases of Credit Packs (if applicable) are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.

4. CUSTOM ARTIST HIRING

10-Day Review Period: You have 10 days from the date of final delivery to review the Artist's work. If the delivery does not meet the standards or requirements outlined in your project brief, you may request a refund.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund based on quality or artistic dissatisfaction, you must provide specific feedback detailing how the delivery failed to meet your initial requirements.

Vocalfy Mediation: All refund requests for custom hires are reviewed manually by the Vocalfyteam. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on the validity of your claim. (e.g., We will approve refunds for poor performance or recording quality, but may deny requests if the Artist followed your instructions perfectly, or you simply did not provide the artist with enough information).

Full vs. Partial Refunds: Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, or a partial refund combined with a revision credit to help get the project across the finish line.

5. LEGAL CONSEQUENCE OF REFUNDS (RIGHTS REVOCATION)

IMPORTANT: Refunds for digital licenses are not a "return" in the traditional sense; they are a cancellation of legal rights.

If a refund is issued for ANY product, the following legal actions take effect immediately:

License Termination: The license agreement associated with that content is immediately voided. You no longer have the right to use the audio.

File Destruction: You must permanently delete all copies of the audio files from your computer and hard drives.

Takedown Requirement: If you have already used the audio in a published song, video, or stream (Spotify, YouTube, etc.), you must remove it immediately.

Copyright Infringement: Continuing to use a refunded vocal is a violation of international copyright law. Vocalfy reserves the right to issue DMCA Takedown Notices and pursue legal action against content found using refunded assets.

6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed immediately by our system. However, your bank or credit card provider may take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

7. ABUSE POLICY

Vocalfy reserves the right to decline refund requests at our sole discretion if we detect evidence of abuse or excessive refund requests.
